In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the bro77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• Processing time: bro77 targets a 5–15 minute processing window for all withdrawal requests on verified accounts. • KYC prerequisite: KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is approved will be queued and processed once verification is complete.
